International student FAQs 

1.- What do I do if I am already in Australia and have questions?
If you are already in Australia, stay informed through the official pages of the Australian government or through our website. If you need help, contact your education consultant or fill out this form and one of our education consultants will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
 
2.- What should I do if I already have my trip scheduled for the next weeks? 
We recommend that you postpone your trip. We will help you out with the necessary procedures to change the dates so that you can live the experience later on.
 
3.-If I decide to cancel my visa, can I get a refund? No, Visa fees are not refundable. But you can talk to your education consultant to discuss your school and insurance fees refund options. 
 
4.- Can I defer my course start date if I am not able to travel?
Yes, your course can always be deffered if due to the current conditions you are unable to travel. We can help you out with all this process. 
 
5.- If I am in Australia, and I find difficult to pay my tuition fee, What can I do? Please contact us to discuss your options. The requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and on your school terms and conditions. 
 
6.-Can my health insurance be suspended while I am in Australia for not attending classes or a problem with the school?
No, If you are in Australia you must be covered. That is a condition of your student visa. 
 
7.- Are there any special promotions if I would like to extend my stay in Australia? 
Yes, at Open Conexus we are always trying to do our best to help our students. We currenty have some great promotions that can help you to save money on your first payment. Contact us for more information here
 
8.- If I am planning my experience in Australia, when is a good timing to start my course?
It is difficult to answer this question and even the experts are not quite sure. Global estimates are that the restrictions can last until mid-June. We recommend start your process and leave everything ready  to start in August - September, but that will depend on the Australian Governmet measures.
